Please Note: If "Vacant House - Pick up keys" is selected, there will be a $110 fee added to the invoice. To avoid this fee, please arrange for a staff member to meet the photographer at the property.

Extra images captured on the day of photography will incur an additional charge of $11 per image. **Agent’s intro & Voiceover doesn't come standard with the Property Videos; this can be added when combined with a package that includes a Property Video for an additional $220.
360° Virtual Tours are highly engaging and immersive! You can’t be at every listing in a single day so give potential home buyers the opportunity to review online. Extend your audience to interstate and international investors. All Virtual Tours include hosting for 6 months. $99 per quarter thereafter.

With the option to add, Agent's intro/outro/Voice over with professional sound recording for an additional $220 --- Social Media (Walk-through) Video - up to 30-second edited video shot vertically (9:16) format for your IG Stories, Reels or Tic-Toc.

In using the photography supplied to you by Don Shiel Photography, on disc or electronically, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Usage of photography

Unless otherwise stated in writing by Don Shiel Photography, any photography or video supplied by Don Shiel Photography now or in the future is to be used for your real estate marketing purposes for this listing only.

Copyright is held by Don Shiel Photography and is not transferable.
 Photography is to be used for the original marketing campaign by the original real estate agents only.

Any request for publication/sub-licensing of photographs (via print or internet or any other medium) taken by Don Shiel Photography, which is outside the specified original marketing campaign (including any use by architects, builders, painters, kitchen suppliers, stylists and any print or web publications), must be made in writing to Don Shiel Photography, for our consideration.

No alteration or manipulation of the image may be made without the permission of Don Shiel.

Don Shiel Photography shall not be liable for any legal action, claim or damages resulting from or arising out of the publication of the photographs or other use.

Don Shiel Photography will at all times retain the right to use the photographs in any manner and any part of the world for advertising and promotion purposes.

2. Payment of invoice.

Invoices will be issued via email on a per-job basis.

Full payment of invoices is to be paid on their due dates.

An additional 10% of the total invoice may incur if the full payment is not received by the due date.

3. Photography rates & other charges

$220 for up to an hour of photography on-site and up to 10 digital images provided by digital download for you to use and advertise as specified at item 1. Usage of photography. For large homes and properties (3 acres plus) requiring more detail shots, $275 will get you up to 90 minutes of photography on-site and up to 15 digital images provided by digital download. Extra images captured on the day of photography will incur an additional charge of $11 per image.

For Commercial Buildings, Shops and Factory's $550 will get you up to 90 minutes of photography on-site and up to 10 digital images provided by digital download. These packages are inclusive of weekday shoots (between 9:00 am-4:00 pm).

Drone Photography is an additional add-on service at a fee of $385 and includes up to 3 digital images. Please note some areas in Sydney are no-fly zones.

If the keys to access the property are required to be picked up from the office, there will be a $110 fee added to the invoice. To avoid this fee, please arrange for a staff member to meet the photographer at the property.

It is understood that Don Shiel Photography is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested on this agreement.

All images will be supplied to the agent within 24-48 hours.

The property must be made available by the vendor or agent at the mutually agreed upon time when the booking is made. If a job is cancelled without notice or there is no access to the property, a cancellation fee will be charged at $110. We will confirm all booking details with you or the vendor before attending an appointment.

Floor plans give the prospective buyer approximate room dimensions, floor layout and gross internal floor area. Therefore, plans should only be used as illustrative purposes.

All fees for the Services are inclusive of GST.
